Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of McKenzie River, Oregon, where nature’s splendor invites deep reflection and renewal. This peaceful and powerful landscape offers the perfect setting for self-discovery and healing. During our retreat, you’ll connect with a community of like-minded individuals, share in transformative experiences, and tap into the wisdom of the natural world. Through nature hikes, natural cold plunges, breathwork and internal work, you will reconnect with yourself and uncover a deeper sense of purpose and peace.
This retreat is designed to facilitate profound inner transformation and self-discovery. Our program offers a unique blend of guided experiential practices, including morning and evening circles, somatic embodiment practices such as breathwork, movement, and nature-based activities. You’ll engage in activities that promote deep connection, from invigorating hikes along the McKenzie River and natural cold plunges to community sharing and reflective internal work. Each day, you’ll be immersed in nature and supported in uncovering deeper insights, fostering lasting change and personal growth.
Our retreat takes place on a peaceful acre along the McKenzie River, offering two comfortable houses surrounded by nature. With expansive decks, a large grassy area, and direct access to the river, this location provides the perfect environment for relaxation and reflection. You’ll have easy access to nearby trails for hiking and biking, as well as opportunities for river rafting, and dining at local restaurants. This serene setting offers everything needed to support your journey of self-discovery and growth.
With a small group of just 10 participants, our retreat fosters deep, meaningful connections, creating an atmosphere where personalized interactions thrive. This intimate setting ensures that every voice is heard, promoting a strong sense of belonging and mutual support. It’s an ideal environment for personal growth, where each participant can fully engage, share, and develop lasting empathy within the group.
This retreat will be guided by a dynamic duo: Paulina TNT, a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, and her husband, a skilled Breathwork Facilitator and Author of Breath of Life Recovery. Together, they bring complementary perspectives, skillsets, and energies. Paulina’s expertise in IFS provides deep insight into the mind’s inner workings, while her husband’s breathwork practices offer a powerful, embodied approach to healing. Their combined guidance creates a holistic experience, ensuring participants receive well-rounded support throughout their journey.
Each morning, you’ll enjoy a continental-style light breakfast at home, creating a warm and communal start to the day. For lunch and dinner, you’ll savor delightful meals catered by local eateries in the area. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions to ensure everyone’s needs are met. Throughout the retreat, you’ll also have access to coffee and tea, and snacks to keep you refreshed.
This retreat offers a harmonious blend of deep inner work and restful restoration. It’s a dedicated time for you to step away from your busy life and focus solely on yourself. Experience rejuvenating activities such as guided nature hikes, invigorating cold plunges, and moments of relaxation by the river. You’ll have opportunities to unwind with breathwork sessions and reflective group circles, ensuring a well-rounded experience that supports both personal growth and relaxation. Digital Detox Option: While not mandatory, we strongly encourage our guests to disconnect from electronics as much as possible. If you’re able to commit to a full digital detox, this retreat offers the perfect opportunity to embrace it fully.
Conscious Connected Breathwork will be a cornerstone of our retreat. This technique provides a safe and effective way to connect with your inner body wisdom, helping to activate and enhance the healing process. By soothing the rational mind and allowing emotions to emerge, this practice encourages deep emotional release and transformation. The breathwork process shifts your physiological state, enabling exploration of altered states of consciousness.
Combining IFS therapy with breathwork creates a powerful synergy for self-exploration and recovery. Breathwork enables individuals to connect more deeply with their inner parts, facilitating access to Self-energy and releasing emotional burdens. Meanwhile, IFS therapy addresses and dissolves internal barriers and protective mechanisms, allowing individuals to surrender fully and tune into their inner guidance and bodily wisdom.
This 6-day retreat offers a transformative inner journey, blending the powerful practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork with the profound depth of IFS techniques.
You’ll have the opportunity to create space for your inner experiences and address them with trusted guidance. It will feel like coming home to yourself—a spacious and welcoming environment for all aspects that need attention.
The guided group work will help you embody a more compassionate presence in your therapeutic practice, equipping you with advanced tools to elevate your work to the next level.
Having held hundreds of breathwork sessions, we are now thrilled to expand this into a deeper, more enriching experience and time together.
All of this, and much more, will be part of our 6-day IFS & Breathwork Retreat along the McKenzie River in Oregon. Together, we will co-create a sacred space for exploring Conscious Connected Breathwork and IFS, gaining deep insights, building a vibrant community, and fostering lasting friendships
